1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and in all related jkttok policies unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To open an Account and use the jkttok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register an Account.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. jkttok strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in line with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Indonesian market. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any funds in the Account reviewed in accordance with our KYC policy.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where accessing such services would cause jkttok to breach any regulatory obligation.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jkttok or any industry-recognized responsible gaming register.
• You must not have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from jkttok under these Terms.
• You must be the sole, beneficial owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your Account. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming services offered by jkttok, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete and accurate information at registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian government-issued ID), date of birth, valid mobile number, and active email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jkttok strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account at [email protected].
• Account ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your Account. Any winnings generated by unauthorized third-party use of your Account may be voided.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jkttok is required to verify the identity of its users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other prohibited activities. The following KYC provisions apply to all Accounts:

• Standard KYC documents: An Indonesian national identification card (KTP / e-KTP) is the primary accepted document. Indonesian passport is also accepted. Documents must be valid, unexpired, and clearly legible. Photographs of documents must show all four corners and all text.
• Trigger thresholds: KYC verification is required before a User's first withdrawal and for any single withdrawal request exceeding Rp 5.000.000. jkttok reserves the right to request KYC at any stage, including before processing deposits or upon detection of unusual account activity.
• Supplementary documents: Where required for enhanced due diligence, jkttok may request a recent bank statement (within 3 months), a selfie photograph holding the ID document, or proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• Processing time: Standard KYC reviews are completed within 24 hours. Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. Users will be notified by email of the outcome.
• Consequences of non-compliance: Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period after request will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. Persistent non-compliance may result in Account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on the jkttok Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern the deposit and withdrawal of funds:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual bank transfer limits set by your bank may apply.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia); and e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transfer receipt.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.
• jkttok does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jkttok bears no responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000. Users wishing to withdraw larger amounts may submit multiple requests.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in the User's name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes during operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB, seven days a week including public holidays). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending KYC completion if verification has not been submitted.
• jkttok reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Users will be notified if such checks are initiated.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated solely from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (see Section 6) and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

jkttok offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions below, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general bonus terms, the specific terms take precedence.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to registered, verified Users who have not previously been found to have abused any jkttok promotion. Each bonus is available once per person, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering", all Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion.
• Contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games from studios including Pragmatic Play and Pocket Games Soft contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion. Togel (numbers lottery) bets contribution rate will be stated per promotion.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: Unless otherwise specified, the maximum single bet or stake while Bonus Funds remain in your Account is Rp 200.000. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided and Bonus Funds forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: jkttok employs monitoring systems to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and syndicated play. Detection of bonus abuse will result in voiding of bonus winnings and may result in Account suspension.
• Promotional periods: All promotions have a specified validity period. Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not met within the stated period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds from the Account.
• jkttok's right to modify promotions: jkttok reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively worsen the position of a User who has already accepted the bonus and is actively working through wagering requirements.

7 Betting Rules & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting markets and games on the jkttok Platform. Specific rules for individual sports, game formats, and product types are published in dedicated rule sections accessible from within the Platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and valid once jkttok's system has confirmed it and the bet appears in the User's bet history with a confirmed status. Bets pending confirmation are not valid until confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum single bet stake is Rp 1.000. Maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed on each betting market. jkttok reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time a User selects a bet and the time the system confirms it, the User will be offered the updated odds and may choose to accept or decline.
• Football and sports betting: Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, mix parlay (accumulator), and other market types follow standard international Asian bookmaking rules. Full-time result markets are settled on 90 minutes plus referee-added time only, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts unless stated otherwise.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided (stake returned) in circumstances including: event cancellation, incomplete event, obvious pricing error, match-fixing investigation, or technical fault. jkttok's decision on voiding is final subject to the formal dispute process.
• Togel (numbers lottery): Draw results for Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, and Macau pools are sourced directly from the respective official lottery organization's published results. Togel bets are settled within 15 minutes of the official draw result being published. jkttok bears no responsibility for delays in the publication of official results.
• Sabung ayam (cockfighting betting): Live sabung ayam streams originate from licensed arenas. Bets are settled in accordance with the arena's official result. In the event of a draw (no result / both roosters unable to continue), bets on Meron (red corner) and Wala (blue corner) are void and stakes returned. Bets on the draw outcome are settled as a win.
• Casino and slot games: All RNG-based games use certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) rates are published by the respective game studios (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft) and are available on request. Live casino games are operated by Evolution Gaming and other licensed studios under their respective regulatory frameworks.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. All disputes are reviewed by our settlements team; the outcome of that review is final.

8 Responsible Gaming

jkttok is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools to help Users maintain control over their betting activity. Full details of all available tools are set out on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly net loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Session time limits and reality checks: Users may set maximum session durations and request periodic pop-up reminders displaying time spent and net session result.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 60 minutes of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, no Account access, deposits, or bets are permitted and all marketing communications are suspended.
• Accessing support: If you believe your gambling is becoming a problem, contact our responsible gaming team at [email protected]. Our agents are trained to provide guidance and referrals to professional support organizations.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jkttok Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, data compilations, betting odds, and game content — is the property of jkttok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Platform content; use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use jkttok's brand name, logo, or trademarks without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content or intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to legal claims by jkttok.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jkttok Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other time.
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts simultaneously or at different times under any name or identity.
• Allowing any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage. Users who discover such errors are obligated to report them to [email protected] immediately.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of any match-fixing or sports integrity violation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen credit cards or compromised bank accounts.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or other multi-player game formats.
• Abusing, harassing, threatening, or intimidating jkttok staff or other users via any communication channel.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jkttok's total liability to any User in connection with the Platform or these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jkttok shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or jkttok had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or exemplary damages.
• Any loss arising from: internet connectivity failures; delays caused by third-party payment providers including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay; force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, or power outages.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jkttok's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

jkttok collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, jkttok collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Full details of your data rights and our data handling practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

13 Amendments

jkttok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, or as soon as reasonably practicable in cases where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 3.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which jkttok is licensed and regulated.

jkttok is licensed and regulated internationally. While our primary user base consists of players in Indonesia — including residents of Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Bali, Semarang, Makassar, and Yogyakarta — the Platform operates under international licensing arrangements and Indonesian domestic law does not govern these Terms.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
